You are currently a 1st Dan Black Belt student, and are training for your next grade, to 2nd Dan Black.
At the grading you will be expected to satisfy the following requirements:

  • Parallel Stance with Heaven Hand - Narani So Hanulson
  • One-Leg Stance - Waebal Sogi

 

 

  • Blocks (Makgi)
  • 9-Shaped Block - Gutja Makgi
  • Palm Scooping Block - Sonbadak Duro Makgi
  • U-Shaped Grasp - Digutja Japgi

 

 

  • Strikes (Tae Rigi)
  • Downward Side Fist Strike - Naeryo Yop Joomuk Tae Rigi
  • Backfist Front Strike - Dung Joomuk Ap Tae Rigi

 

 

  • Kicks (Chagi)
  • Pressing Kick - Noollo Chagi
  • Flying Turning Kick - Twimyo Dollyo Chagi
