Red Belt (2nd Kup). Training Period - Six Months


You are currently a 2nd Kup (Red Belt) student, and are training for your next grade, to Black Tag.
At the grading you will be expected to satisfy the following requirements:


  • 1-Step Sparring
  • 2-Step Sparring
  • Free Sparring
  • 2 against 1 Sparring
  • Breaking, all kicks, both legs
  • Pattern of examiner's choice

  • Punches (Jirugi)
  • Middle Punch - Kaunde Jirugi
  • Upper Punch - Ollyo Jirugi



  • Thrust (Tulgi)
  • Side Elbow Thrust - Yop Palkup Tulgi



  • Kicks (Chagi)
  • Middle Side Piercing Kick - Kaunde Yop Cha Jurigi
  • High Turning Kick - Napunde Dollyo Chagi
